The team at Dexter Brown came together in January 2003 with the aim of providing a highly personalised and totally flexible asset management and property management company.  The company has grown rapidly with a rent roll of over £30m from properties under day to day management.

The combined experience of the team runs to many decades.  With varied backgrounds from both client side and service provider organisations, experiences are pooled to produce a highly efficient and fairly unique level of client service.

The knowledge and experience of team members also allows for the correct identification of external resources for the completion of tasks outside of the management arena.  If the client so chooses, Dexter Brown are happy to identify, select and contract the services of letting agencies, building surveyors, tax consultants, solicitors, together with other professionals required to provide a highly professional, all embracing service.  Our concentration upon management with the securing of external professional assistance, ensures the best advice for each associated discipline.

Whilst key team members concentrate on the most efficient property management techniques, utilising the Tramps management system, others consider portfolios from an asset management viewpoint in order to identify potential value enhancing opportunities.  Thus, each client can be provided with not only a quality day to day service but also have comfort that their property interests are being constantly reviewed at a fund management level.

In order to provide the highest standard of service, it is recognised that our systems need to be continually refined, managed and enhanced.  To this end Dexter Brown has adopted Tramps software, universally accepted as one of the leading management tools.  Tramps is used for all accounting, data collection and record keeping with new supportive software regularly analysed in order to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
