Dexter Brown has advised Allianz on the purchase of a Homebase retail warehouse located on the Welford Rd. to the south of Leicester City center. The investment is let for a further 19yrs .The purchase price was £10.6M . Dexter Brown has been retained to manage the investment .

Acting on behalf of a private investor , Dexter Brown has acquired an investment created by the opening of a new regional business centre for HSBC in Plymouth. Dexter Brown have been retained to manage the property.

Clipper Park is the latest of several multi unit Business Parks to be constructed by Equity Estates plc. The park provides a total 24 units of varying sizes. Following practical completion Dexter Brown Ltd has been appointed to take over the management of the Park .


CONSULTANCY SERVICE- PICTET RELOCATION- JUNE 20072007-06-28

Pictet Asset Management have completed a relocation of their UK HQ from Tower 42 ,London EC3 to Moor House, the Hammerson landmark development on London Wall . Pictet have leased two floors in Moor House extending to 38,000 sq ft . Dexter Brown have provided Consultancy advises throughout the two year project including acquiring the new premises and the closing of liabilities at Tower 42.

Acting on behalf of an institutional investor, Dexter Brown has sold a freehold business park investment comprising two warehouses and an adjacent office block . The properties produced an annual income of £219,000 and were sold for £3.15M.

Following their recent acquisition of Stockley House ,adjacent to Victoria Station in London , Hammerson Plc have appointed Dexter Brown as managing agents .The multi let office building extends to 67500 sq ft and produces an annual income of £3M.

Denbigh Land in joint venture with Gleeson have completed a new development of 9 office buildings at Capability Green situated at Junction 10A of the M1.  Dexter Brown have been appointed to manage the development on a day to day basis, servicing both freehold and leasehold units.

Buccleuch Property has commenced the development of a new mixed use Business Park to the north of Kettering Town.  The first phase of the Park is to comprise a selection of 9 offices.  Dexter Brown have been appointed to set up a Management Company which will maintain the Park and run all services.
